With a strong expertise in corporate finance, venture capital, and strategic advisory, Mouhammad has been deeply involved in the African tech ecosystem for over four years. As an investment professional at Saviu Ventures and Dakar Network Angels, he evaluated and structured deals across various industries, supporting high-potential startups. He also gained investment banking experience at Impaxis Capital, working on M&A and fundraising transactions.
Today, through Apex Africa Partners, Mouhammad leverages this expertise to help entrepreneurs navigate growth challenges, secure capital, and optimize their strategic positioning, contributing to a thriving and competitive startup ecosystem in Africa.
In parallel, he is an affiliated expert with Bond'innov, where he provides hands-on support to early-stage companies, helping them refine their business models, strengthen their investor readiness, and accelerate their growth trajectory.

Djibril DIAGNE
Djibril is a finance professional with a strong track record in corporate finance, debt structuring, and financial sector advisory across West Africa. At the International Finance Corporation (IFC), he works with banks and microfinance institutions to scale their operations, drive digital transformation, and strengthen risk management, helping them unlock growth and resilience.
His background spans both advisory and investment roles in Europe and Africa. He previously worked at Avertim in Paris, advising financial institutions on strategy, investment performance, and audits, and held roles at Impaxis Capital, Carabanne Partners, and RYSAMM Group, where he contributed to M&A deals, infrastructure financing, and capital raising projects.
At Apex Africa Partners, Djibril focuses on supporting founders and financial leaders in structuring growth, securing capital, and building long-term value, fostering a stronger and more dynamic business ecosystem in Africa.
